NIHL proudly welcomes a new sponsor! Please remove any previous sponsor patches from your
players jerseys. The Blackhawks will supply us with helmet stickers to be applied.
Elite team managers will have their teams elite patches mailed to them The location of these on your teams jerseys is at your discretion, but again, please be sure they

StatMGR is a data management system that NIHL uses to compile and access information regarding teams, players, coaches, game results and standings.
Managers are required to enter the following information into StatMGR: a. Set-up using the assigned Login and
password b. Managerial information c. The day, time and location of each scheduled home game
d. Your teams roster (players and coaches) e. The score of each completed game (after the game has been played)
2016 Seeding Round Every manager will be issued a document similar to this:

During the set-up process, you will be directed to furnish your contact information. Please be sure to supply your VALID Email
address that you check on a regular basis and to add [email protected] to your safe senders list. Each team administrator associated with any game for which data has been entered (i.e., the home AS WELL AS the visiting manager) will

This way, you will know in minutes that your posting was successful! At this time, you will probably want to
change the temporary password to a more user-friendly permanent password (but remember it!)
Once you complete the information on this user form, click the update button on bottom Your set-up is now complete!

button, you can begin entering information about your team.

From here, you begin entering information about your team. This screen is asking you to identify
the team which you are representing as manager. (Click on select after identifying the correct team)
The Team Administration button is quite useful. Clicking on it gives you a dropdown menu with three choices.
Clicking on Manage Games will bring you to this screen:
This is your teams scheduled opponents. The opponents for your home
games And the opponents for your away games
You must enter the schedule information regarding your home games.

For each games information, click on the Update Schedule button
This screen consists of a series of drop-down menus allowing you to enter the information about your
home games First, enter the home rink where the game will be played.

This indicates you were successful. And here is the information you
provided Continue this process for each home game you have scheduled.
Information for your home games should be entered by noon on Monday, 9/19. However:
Dont forget that you must still order referees for all of your home games!!!!! (Your club will provide you with information on how to order the referees)

You can begin this by selecting the Manage Players button on the drop-down menu under Team Administration
For each player, click on the Add new record button. For each player, click on the Add new record button.
Continue this process for each player. Be sure roster information is accurate as this will
be used to produce the tournament booklets. (A drop down menu will help to identify players, head coach, and asst. coaches)
Please be sure to include all players, coaches, and manager(s) on this roster!!!!!! Roster information must be
entered by October 15th to avoid being fined! The Team Contacts link offers
managers the contact information of managers of other teams at your teams level
Ok, lets get back to the Manage Games link How do I enter the score after a

Click on the Post Score button for the particular game

Then click Save This indicates you were successful.
And here are the scores that you entered You should post scores AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after each home game!

Please remember that scores of games not entered within 48 hours will result in being fined! And, the data entry for that game
is now finished!!!!!! Unless The game involved a suspension.
If a suspension was issued during this game, a scanned or picture copy of the scoresheet MUST be submitted to NIHLs Rules and Ethics Committee:

You will need to submit these at the end of the season for participation in the NIHL-Blackhawks Tournament!
NIHL rules state that a player must participate in 60% of the NIHL games to participate in the NIHL-Blackhawks tournament. It is your responsibility to prove that each player is
tournament eligible. Therefore, you will need to correctly fill out each scoresheet, and be able to submit the collection.
Each manager must fill in the names and jersey numbers of each player on the roster in one of these two boxes
Any player missing that game must have his absence explained on the scoresheet by one of 3 abbreviations next to his name:
Inj Susp Abs
Inj = The player is injured or sick Susp Abs
Inj = The player is injured or sick Susp = The player is suspended Abs
